Shipping & Handling

All orders ship from our studio in Fife, Scotland.

We've been shipping our products worldwide for over nine years and are confident that we can get your prints to you safely, no matter where you live on this beautiful planet.   Our smaller prints (A6, A5, A4 & A3) are packaged in a clear plastic wallet and mailed in a rigid envelope.  Our larger prints (A2 and above) are either delivered flat or rolled and mailed in tubes depending on location. We will always choose the packaging method we feel will work best for your location and order.  If your order contains different sizes we may send it in two separate orders to ensure they arrive safely with you. 

TURNAROUND TIMES
Our current turnaround time from order to dispatch is 2-4 working days. Custom and larger print sizes can take 5-7 working days to process.
During busy periods this may be longer, during quiet times this may be shorter. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch prior to ordering if you need to meet a specific deadline.

FREE UK 2nd Class Standard Delivery / 2 to 4 working days
UK 1st Class Standard Delivery / 1-3 working days

EU, Norway & Switzerland Standard Delivery / 4 to 10 working days

Rest of World International Standard Delivery / 7 to 12 working day

*Delivery times are from dispatch and it can take up to five working days to design and print your order.

The above delivery times are generally correct, but for certain rural or remote areas, there may be an extra day added. Delivery may also take longer over public holidays and during busy periods such as Christmas. Please contact your local post office for additional information. 

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email to let you know. If your order has failed to arrive within the above-stated timeframe, please fill out our enquiry form and we’ll investigate further. Please note items ordered at the weekend will be sent on Monday. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International customers are responsible for the customs rates and taxes within their own country. These may be additional charges requested prior to delivery of your order that are not set by The Native State. For further information, please contact your local customs office. If the country you are in is not listed at check out, we, unfortunately, do not deliver to your location at this time however please email us so we can consider adding it in the future. 

RETURNS
If you wish to return an item please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by filling out our Returns Form. Once we have been notified you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Once the item is returned to us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back to the original payment method. All items must be in the original condition in which they were received. The customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred to return the item to us unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable service.

If an item is returned to us due to an address error inputted at check out or it has not been picked up at the local sorting office, the customer will have to pay an additional delivery charge to have the item returned. If the customer no longer wants the item, a refund will be processed less the cost to ship the item.
