RETURNS/REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will happily accept return of any unworn item within 10 business days of the receipt of purchase. All we ask is returned items are in the original condition as when they were received including tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

Please note we reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume or is in any condition that we deem renders the item un-saleable.

To return items for a refund, please return the item to us with a completed Returns & Exchanges form included in your order package.  We strongly recommend using some form of registered mail when returning your item.

Once we have received your return we will email you to let you know it has arrived.  Your refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, discount and promotional codes, will be processed within 10 business days to the original form of payment. You will be notified via email, to the email provided on your order, when the refund has been credited. Your bank may require additional days to process this refund to your account.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item please email us within 5 days of purchase, to confirm we have your preferred item/size in stock. Please ensure items returned for exchange are in their original condition as when they were received including tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns for exchange. This includes the additional shipping and handling charges for the new exchange item. An invoice will be issued through PayPal for the additional shipping. Once this payment has been received we will be able to ship the exchange. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept exchanges on earrings.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please email us as soon as possible stating the order number and details of the damage. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund.

Please note that due to the limited stock we hold, exchanges may not always be possible. We will always do what we can to offer you a satisfactory resolution.

IMPORTANT

If an item looks damaged then it should be refused. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES. Failure to follow these instructions could mean you end up with a damaged item and unable to make a claim. The signature box that the delivery person will be asking you to sign confirms that you are happy with the condition of your item and they may say that the goods were damaged by you after delivery.
