All orders will be cancelled after 24 hours should payment not be received. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are having any issues with your payment.

| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. You do usually have about two hours after you have received your confirmation order email from us to let us know of any changes. | |
| How do I track my order? | |
| If a tracking number is not included in your shipping email then please email us and we will forward it on to you. | |
| My order never arrived. | |
Unfortunately from time to time, orders do not arrive. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you have a Tracking Number, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
If your order has not arrived 20 days after the date you placed your order, please email us and we will do what we can to find out what is causing the delay. If the item is deemed 'lost' we will work with you to ensure you are fully refunded or another item shipped to you. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please email us for assistance. | |
