To estimate your ring size:

Wrap a piece of string or strip of paper around your finger so that it is an accurate representation of the ring size you want and mark where the two ends meet.

Take your piece of string or paper, lay it out on a flat surface and measure to the nearest millimetre (mm). You now have the circumference of your ring.
